Expose the ten inventoried ARM64 checks through hydraJobs.aarch64-linux. The inventory and export helper come from an immutable, non-flake kaiba-infra input; every job remains the application's existing check derivation. Missing attributes or a non-ARM64 derivation fail evaluation.

Hydra polls this repository's main directly, so application commits trigger evaluation without an infrastructure lock-update bot. GitHub Actions remains the PR gate. Inventory changes require an explicit infrastructure input lock update.

Validation against current main: exactly ten exports, all aarch64-linux, each matching the corresponding check derivation. All pre-existing locked inputs are unchanged. Live Hydra scheduling remains disabled until host deployment, qualification and a successful infrastructure build.

Companion PRs: PseudoDesign/kaiba-infra#2 and PseudoDesign/nix-pseudo-design#6.
